Cait gets a buff but still sucks.

I haven t played TT outside of Hexakill in years, but I think I might try a game or two with the changes, which seem kind of nice.

It can, they tease champs really early sometimes.

Malphite super buffed. Downside is people will still get upset when you build him anything besides full tank despite now having a giant pile of AP scalings to swing at people.

GP s rework is long overdue to appear, it s either him or maybe a new evil ocean champ or something.

While LeBlanc had her share of nerfs, I really doubt what happened to Kat can be called that. Though I still say the only change Kat s needed as far back as my memory goes is making her E a dash instead of a blink roughly Jax Q speed since a blink on her is a poor idea both gameplay-wise makes nailing her with skillshot CC prety damn difficult and thematically she has no magical ability and her knives aren t magic either. How the hell would she teleport anyway. Talon s similaly illogical but at least his blink is justified gameplay wise.

I don t get why people are crying over Kat and LB, they re both still going to be strong picks, likely still seen in high competitive play, just not as strong.

I think the travel speed on Leblanc W will be an overnerf. I think that she won t be played much anymore. 1300 movespeed for a dash is pretty darn bad. It s slower than an Amu bandage toss by 300 untis/second. That s pretty darn slow. _

It s a buff. Basically, it s a period of time where you can t cast spells while the ball returns to you.

It s to reduce the amount of ults missed because the ball returned.

Funny thing is that Shunpo Flash Step is supposed to be a sudden burst of speed, not a blink, so yeah, it would make more sense if they changed it to be just a quick dash.
